Car 511 was built by Carter Bros. in 1893 and originally used on Sacramento-Clay. Renumbered 11 in 1973. Rebuilt in 1979-80 and 2018.

Powell car 11 appears decorated for the Lunar New Year. Because this is the period of the pandemic, the car is not
