ABOUT PCC 1071:
PCC 1071 is ex-Twin City Rapid Transit 362, ex-Public Service Coordinated Transportation 23, decorated with the Twin Cities livery. It was on Muni property
for a while, but needed rehabilitation for wiring and other issues at Brookville Equipment Co. 1071 began revenue service in 2012.
