PCC 1056 was originally Philadelphia Transportation Co. 2113, built by St. Louis Car Co. in 1948. Muni acquired it in 1992 for use on the F Market streetcar line. Its livery represents Kansas City Public Service. The car was out of service 2001-2007 because of an accident. 1056 was again out of service in 2011 and eventually sent to Brookville for rebuilding. It returned in August 2016 for thousand mile testing prior to resuming service.
