ABOUT THE SERVICE:

Lassen Transit Service Agency operates Lassen Rural Bus in the city of Susanville and other Lassen County communities. The yard is located on Johnstonville Rd.

Routes as of November 1, 2020 include Susanville City Route, Susanville Express City Route, West County Route to Chester, West County Extension through Johnsonville, South County Route to Herlong and Doyle, South County Commuter, East County Route Friday, and Eagle Lake Bus (Saturdays in summer). The regular City Route operates Monday to Saturday, and the other routes weekdays unless noted. At Susanville, Modoc Stage Bus between Alturas and Reno connects Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In Chester, West County connects to Plumas Transit Systems' route to Quincy weekdays. The most recent schedules can be downloaded here.
