The annual PBM Open House, usually held the third Sunday in August. I was given the day off (no guarantee
because of inventory at work the previous night, but I got it). So I went to Fremont to join in the festivities.
Featured buses include the late Tammy Wynette's tour bus, now privately owned and equipped with an air conditioned
bedroom, full of memories in photos and records. Also appearing, also new to the Open House, was Santa Clara VTA
former San Jose City Lines GM 6512, the Rosa Parks memorial bus. Many other coaches, including former Greyhound
buses, appeared along with the usual PBM preserved bus roster.
